Absolute TERRIBLE experience. I booked the trip from TravelDeal and was later informed that the check-in date was not possible. (How on earth did it show up in the system to begin with anyway!?). I was trying to think of a solution and even had to call the vacation park myself. The TravelDeal customer services are slow, unprofessional, not customer-friendly at all. Instead of showing empathy and coming up with possible solutions, all they had to say is "sorry, i cannot do anything, the trip is not possible". I had to re-schedule my whole holiday plan all over again. Really terrible experience and certainly would not recommend it to anyone.
