Although my order never came, I reached out to Man Crates and "Hailey" immediately replied to assist.

She completely understood and expedited my order. I just received and the quality is perfection.

I'm giving Man Crates 5 Stars for the customer service, specifically "Hailey" as she made it happen fast.

Update on 06/17/2021: I received my daughter's necklace on 06/16 as they promised ;-) I'm a lifetime client with MyNameNecklace. Highly recommend!

I'm giving the quality of their products and customer service 5 stars. This is my second time ordering from MyNameNecklace and I didn't add the extra % off. They responded back to me in less than 20 minutes and did what I requested.

I wanted the refund to be put towards the shipping so they can expedite my daughter's necklace. It was showing to be here after her BDAY and since they applied the funds, my daughter will have her necklace in time.

MyNameNecklace is my go-to for everything jewelry.

I must give a shout-out to "Jose" which is the one that helped me. Thank you!

I am changing my star rating since they have great customer service. They did a refund and now that I know their customer service is good, I will need to come back to see if I can get good room rates in the future.

I will start by saying "Sheila" was a pleasure to speak with and she handled my situation professionally. Originally I was looking at another hotel and then the original reservationist helped me find another location since the hotel I wanted was booked....
