MyPoints.com is easy to use, but when I redeem points for gift cards it seems like I have to wait forever. Even though I am forewarned, I just don't understand the ridiculous wait time. I ordered some gift cards on July 16 & am still waiting. I honestly don't understand why the long delay (especially if they can reduce my points immediately!)

If there is any kind of a problem, Customer Service gets back to you very quickly and makes sure that the problem is quickly resolved. Am very impressed with this company. Thank you!
