Very Happy with Shilpa

We have had some issues with implementation and figuring out exactly what we need. Shilpa has made this extremely painless. Her attention to detail and ability to work with us to revise our scripts on the fly have ensured a successful relationship between Romexterra and Anwerforce. I am extremely pleased with all her efforts and knowledge. she is the reason we utilize Answerforce

Transitioning to a new platform was never easier

We shifted CRMs in the middle of an extremely busy season and I was a little worried. The responsiveness and flexibility of ALBI and Albiware team has been amazing! We have no regrets!! We have never had better details and notes in our files and it has NEVER been easier to add them. We are so happy we made the transition. It was relatively seamless and easy. We were able to keep all of our previous data and update files with all the new details of the job. I highly recommend Albi
