Tried to immediately cancel my order. Was told only could cancel once I received the product. When I tried to return it, there was no full refund, There was a 10% restocking fee, I had to pay to have it sent back (approx$20) AND on top of that the original shipping cost to me was also going to be deducted from the refund
Review of Walmart
Tried to get a refund on an online order after not seeing any progress in over 3 weeks on shipping the item. Tried to cancel and was told would have to wait till the item arrived in the store for pickup. Total runaround on each and every inquiry. Seems to be no one in charge that you can speak with. Apparently policy does not allow this even if parcel is lost. In addition had a very difficult time understanding the customer service representatives (numerous) . Shop elsewhere.
