Still unable to download a digital copy of the photo we've ordered and paid for. The website just keeps saying the image is not available yet, try again in a couple of days. Days later still not available, waited another few days, still not available. What on earth is going on. Emails ignored, and ridiculous prices for what we ordered. Very disappointing 0/5 stars.

I'm quite new to Sumup. I bought something online that ended up being cancelled, so received a refund to my sumup account. The problem is, I can't seem to get the money back to my original bank account. Its stuck in my Sumup account. Looked at every setting in the Sumup app, checked google. There just isn't an option to move money to my bank account. Tried to contact Sumup, so far no response. Terrible system, avoid.

Rubbish platform to sell anythng on in 2025. Ebay hold your payment for goods sold, no other platform does such a stupid thing. They've lost a nearly 20 years customer. Shame on you ebay 0/10

I bought a starter aquarium kit 'Tetra Starter Line 54L LED Fish Tank'. I set it up and discovered a serious flaw with the product. As the problem had occurred approx. 2 months into using the tank, I decided it wasn't such a good buy. Anyway, about 5 months from the date I purchased the kit, I received an email asking me to review my purchase, so I did, but Argos wouldn't approve the review to go live. I then decided to leave my review on Trustpilot instead, which was accepted. Anyway to cut a long story short, Argos went above and beyond my expectations and got in touch & has now resolved my problem 5 months after my initial purchase. 10/10 for Customer Service and being keen to find a solution regarding the safety of the kit. Thank you Argos.

The buying process was extremely slow. Too much paperwork to go through for starters. I wasn’t even applying for credit otherwise I think I’d have abandoned the process and gone elsewhere. Not stamped service booklet after service either. Frustrating experience

Love2shop paper vouchers can't be used to buy anything online. Just been speaking to Customer Service about using the vouchers on Argos website. "No you can't use them for online purchases, only in the actual shop, oh and they are not transferrable". What a rubbish company, in this day and age only being able to use gift vouchers inside the actual shop. Def one voucher company to avoid in 2023. ☹️

On my very first file, after 5 mins it said 'Limit reached' I hadn't even got 1 file converted...totally rubbish site......avoid. Just came back to this review to say the next site on the search page results did the job for me without issue. Can't mention the name as Trustpilot will block my review.

Paid for 1 month charged for a second. The next thing I know, Rapidgator have charged my bank card with a second months payment? I only authorised 1 month. So I cancelled straight away on the day they charged me, but they refuse to refund me the second months payment. BEWARE this is one File hosting site to avoid.
