This is my third time using AKKO insurance for one of my electronics, and once again, they exceeded expectations. My iPhone was having trouble connecting to the internet, and the claims process was incredibly smooth, just like before. I got my phone repaired and received my reimbursement within just 3 days of opening the claim fast, easy, and reliable every time.

I thought the whole claim process was terrific. Been an Akko member for 2 years now since I started college. Finally was able to use Akko when I broke my phone this week and the process was very fast. In about 2-3 days I got my phone replaced through apple and got reimbursed for the repair from akko. Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Best fantasy app I have ever used. Super easy to use and navigate. Love the fast live support they have and I really enjoy everything about this app. Very fun to play and looking forward to playing even more!

I tried to cancel my subscription on the last day and I could not find it anywhere. It says that it should be in your dashboard and you can cancel it their and it wasn't! They only canceled it because I emailed them to cancel it. They charged me $30 for the next month for no reason at all. Very unprofessional. Purposely makes it hard to cancel so you have to email them to cancel. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
