My person in the chat was Niraj Kubal and my goodness what a helpful chap . I had made a right royal mess of a booking and he sorted it out patiently and in a lovely way . I did end up cancelling the booking on this occasion - but I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again knowing this is the standard of their customer service . Thank you Niraj .
Review of Lumley Castle Hotel
This hotel is simply beautiful ! The staff are amazing - breakfast was to die for . Literally the perfect stay - I will never stay anywhere else when I’m up in the Borth East - which is regularly ! I’m already planning my next trip !

I booked a Journee trip - which unfortunately had to be cancelled due to a difficult family situation .the whole process up until cancellation was exciting , smooth and really just brilliant . When we had to cancel I found the customer service to be nothing short of excellent - every person I dealt with was kind, and efficient . They tried their best at every stage to do right by us . I can’t wait until things settle and we can rebook for another time . Well done Journee for being amazing .

I have now ordered several rings from purely diamonds and I have never been a disappointed. The rings are always stunning, the diamonds exactly what I want and expected . But more than that the customer service is always amazing and twice they have made rings for me at short notice . I wanted a diamond ring set to give to my daughter on her wedding day and the rings came , on time, inscribed and just beautiful. She was blown away. Thank you for that memory .❤️

Although they delivered on the original date as opposed to the delayed date I had requested - I can't fault them in relation to customer service and quality - very happy thank you. I guess the message just didn't get through to the right department - but alls well that ends well. Nevermind.

Review of Skinny Sprinkles
I and my partner both lost two stones in a relatively short period of time - (3 months)-. We had a break - both maintained the weight loss and are now back on skinny sprinkles to lose the rest of our weight - they really do work - I was a compulsive snacker - more so working from home and I do not even think of snacking on junk food when I take them - which is important as I am diabetic. Nothing has worked for me in decades - not even a personal trainer ! but these really do - thank you skinny sprinkles!
