I and my partner both lost two stones in a relatively short period of time - (3 months)-. We had a break - both maintained the weight loss and are now back on skinny sprinkles to lose the rest of our weight - they really do work - I was a compulsive snacker - more so working from home and I do not even think of snacking on junk food when I take them - which is important as I am diabetic.
