From the moment I entered the store the service from the staff (Jack)was outstanding. I was given a lot of beds to choose from.Especially as I have a back problem. Also it was a very hot day and I was given a drink The whole experience was fault less
Review of Blue Diamond Garden Centres
I went to the Blue Diamond Garden Centre.At Tunbridge Wells to purchase white gravel and pebbles. I asked a member of staff where they were and I was told up there meaning the end of the nursery so I went off to find them myself. I then asked another if they would help me and was told to ask at the till!! I then asked another member of staff about if they had a larger tree that i was looking at.
And he couldn’t be bothered to help me. I have a blue badge for parking outside the entrance.But it’s EXIT ONLY.So I had to go on a route March to get out to my car there no consideration at all for older people who can’t walk any distance.On my return home I ordered what I needed on line with B&Q and it will be delivered to my house Then I didn’t have to deal with unhelpful staff.

I recently Bought a new kitchen from Howdens Crowborough branch.And I have had Excellent service from all the staff.On all my visits.Steve was so helpful with the designing. I am so happy with the quality and value of my new kitchen. I would highly recommend Howdens to anyone who wants a new kitchen.
