What a joke

Have been waiting a while for answer on an application so decided to call. After waiting 30 mins the guy on the call asks me to spell my name which i did then proceeds to say i have given him the wrong information and should call back with the right one then hangs up....What a joke.

Tom from the motor finance team was great and provided me some good unexpected news.
He was clear, concise and looked into my query more than was needed to.
Just how customer service should be.

Just as rubbish as the other insurance companies

As soon as there’s an incident which isn’t your fault and you have given them evidence and proof which they decide not to look at.
They tell you they cannot insure you and give no explanation. They also take over 14 months to get back to you.
The most unhelpful non empathetic experience ever
