A brilliant company. I had to return my item, totally my fault as i ordered the wrong item. I returned the item no questions asked and had a full refund into my bank straight away.

Really quick response from BT, engineer called the day after i reported a fault. The engineer Neil was very respectful, and a proper gentleman. He repaired the fault within an hour, even though the problem wasn't actually at my house. Very pleased with BT and Openreach for a great service.
