I have been very pleased with the Keto meal plans, helpful information and tips, and ease of accessing this information. I have completed two weeks so far and have enjoyed the recipes. Love having a weekly plan and shopping list. Weight loss? Not sure yet, have not weighed but I do feel better and have more energy and do not crave carbs and sugars.
