Be very wary

Be very wary, don't waste your time and money ordering form this company.
I made an order back in January and never got it.
After enquiring about it they are asking me to give them more money to have my items shipped; after over 2 months with no communications from their part!
No apology, nothing. Very poor communication, all they want is your money.
Also they claim to be in the USA when they're in China.
I told them I want a refund and they totally ignored my request.
I left a negative review on their Facebook which they of course deleted like all the other negative reviews and blocked me.
I should have done my research better before ordering form Ourcuffs.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

First off I want to sincerely apologize for the miscommunication on our part. As we cannot control the international shipment fees I also want to apologize for that. I can assure you that we do distribute our products from our New Hampshire location. I have contacted my supervisor to initiate your refund ASAP.
