Last year in September I bought Argos Home Addie Reversible Corner Fabric Sofa - Grey913/5268. It was delivered in December. It was difficult to assemble. There were no holes for screws. I tried to screw them by a screw driver- no chance! Luckily I had a guy who was fixing my kitchen furniture at that time and he helped me to screw with an electric screw driver. When all parts of the sofa were ready it was a big challenge to assemble them. But what is funny they come apart very easily. It is hard job to convert it into bed. Its backrest is supported by just one metal thin (5-6 cm) support. After the first night that metal support broke up. Argos said that firstly the product should be repaired if it is possible. They ordered a new part and booked a visit of an engineer. It took more than a month for an engineer to come. He could not fix a new support. He said he did not have experience in fixing this kind of sofas. Customer service of Argos gave me a choice, either to return it or to buy a different sofa. It was difficult to find a sofa with the right sizes for our room. We decided to keep it while we find a new one. Definitely, not the one made in China. It is not worth even half of price. Very unlucky experience.

My cat is diabetic. I've been buying insulin and synergies for some years. They are not cheap. Two years ago I found Pet Drugs Online shop in the internet. Their prices are very affordable, their website is easy to shop. They can see orders straight away. If they can not sell on the prescription I 've sent they contact me by email or phone me promptly. Packaging of insulin is very good, includes a special cold bag. Delivery comes on the next day. Customer service team are very polite and compassionate. I am very pleased with this company. Only last time I could not make order in their website. But it was not a problem to order by phone. They picked up quickly, checked my prescription sent a minute ago by email and took payment. I hope they will remain a pets online shop number 1 for me.

Nasty fraudsters these Litfard are! I am one of their victims too. Pictures and descriptions in the website do not reflect real condition of their products. They refuse to make full refund even if you pay big money for return. They are rude and unscrupulous rogues. As I can see from here thousands of people have been ripped off by them. Nothing and nobody can stop them. Google and PayPal are helpless. Police can't do anything either : thousands of fraud cases per year. No way ! Unfortunately there is a small chance to avoid if you need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of your arm.
