Fantastic service received from getting the initial quotes to the car delivery, the whole process was seamless. Everything was explained and any queries answered quickly. Extremely friendly and helpful and the best service I have received from a leasing company. They will be my go to provider in future.

Don’t believe the positive reviews, I think they are fake. The shoes you receive are awful quality and look cheap. Don’t buy from them, definitely a Chinese cheap manufacturer posing as a high quality retailer. Also good luck trying to get a refund.
Trust me, avoid this website at all cost.

Terrible customer service. Had a problem with the TV and they basically told me that there was no fault (without seeing it). This problem is still ongoing. I will never make a purchase from them again.

First of all, the driver did not make contact 30 mins before delivery as promised and then turned up outside the allotted delivery time. I understand this could be down to unforeseen circumstances. Once he arrived he indicated that I had to help him get the TV off the van as he could not do it himself. His general attitude was very forward and inappropriate, making a number of very crude comments about what I was going to use the TV for. It was very awkward and uncomfortable and not what I would have expected from a delivery driver. I will also be bringing this matter up with Costco.
