Made arrangements on my phone without contacting my insurance company, just needed my policy number to type in the form, so easy.

Absolutely crap, rolls and rolls of shit adverts, completely unreadable news, thats if its any news worth reading.
Now you cant even get onto the web pages unless you accept cookies or pay to reject, like most other sites have become now.
There is hardly anything now you can read without paying to reject.
The news sites are a waste of space now.

Always been poor reporting, badly written and impossible to actually read and digest due to the crap adverts between every sentence.
Used to flick through the pages but now they actually want me to pay to flick through their crap, thou jest of course.
You know where you can stick it.
I just don't bother looking now, I hope the paper goes down the pan now it's losing readers, advertisers will be affected and hopefully withdraw funding. Good riddance.

Had one couple of years now after years of 3 Dysons. The Shark is heavy, cumbersome and absolutely useless on hard floors, it just pushes the crap about in front of the hoover head. I dislike the on/off switch, prefer the trigger as Dyson have. I hate the way the Shark golds up, if you don't clean out the hoover after every use the crap inside settles on the filter, when you start it up next time a cloud of dust blasts out of the motor housing. They have a horrible noise during use and the tool attachments are also cumbersome.
I wish there was something other than Dyson and Shark, I'm looking around. Dyson hoovers were good but are designed on cheapness now.

DeWalt battery drill repair under an extended warranty.
All I did was fill in an on-line form with proof of purchase/warranty and I got an email later that day to say a courier will collect the item from me following day, I never even had to attach a label, just write a reference on the box. I requested that my home made parcel and packaging was returned with my drill upon its repair and about 10 days later it was delivered as requested,
Plus a working battery drill, rather pleased.

I purchased on a Saturday 17th August on-line a box of 10 Soudal Express Repair cement tubes for an urgent out of hours job the following weekent. The price was very reasonable, delivery less than a fiver which should have set the alarm bells ringing. I was advised by Monday that my parcel was on its way to me then I was advised by email again from Evri that they have my parcel.
To date I have had 3 daily emails from this c##p delivery company, Weds, Thurs and on Friday, the first 2 emails followed minutes after by a failure to deliver (basically they could not be @#rsed to deliver to me). I will expect Fridays (23rd) promise of delivery to be cancelled some time in the afternoon. I now have to drive miles to a stockist as I must have the repair cement for an out of hours job over the weekend.
Had I known Evri were involved I woukd never have used this company, I have been let down badly.
Only got the 1 star because I couldn't move on, you get minus stars from me. I am furious.
Plus they never reply to your emails with any queries.

Hand set is crap. You have to press the buttons several times.
Been reading other peoples write ups, not good, which I had bought something else now.

I think the whole company is a waste of space. I have been trying to ring 5 different branches in the South West since Monday at different times of the day and I never get an answer. Unfortunately I have no choice to go elsewhere as my company has an account here.
I have actually been in two of the stores while phones were ringing and they were just ignored.
TP if you are short staffed then you should employ more people, there are plenty available that want a job.
They don't answer emails either so it's pointless going down that route.
I despair. Head office should do something about it.
No stars from me. I only pressed one to get shot of this page.

I'm sorry but I don't use Facebook or any other cr@p media base. Does that then mean I'm getting shoved to the back of the queue?

Been trying for 2 days to get a quote, they don't answer the phones or answer emails.
Our engineer went in personally yesterday to get a price and quote but they were too busy to email a quote out.
I will never use TP again.
