Review of CCleaner
There is no one to contact via email or phone. The only method is with AI and supposed human. Both are equally useless. I'm trying to reply to a customer support email and found out that the email is not monitored. I find the Chat feature and go in circles with AI/human who perform the same method of hanging up on customers. There is NO WAY to get help from CCleaner!
Review of Navy Federal Credit Union
Needed an explanation of why I my 1099 Int form shows the incentive bonus of $100 is being taxed at $100. Supervisor was arrogant and stated that is the way it is. We have to report it as such. Supervisor also stated that all banking incentives work this way. She told me to get educated then hung up on me because she didn't have time to discuss.

Rewards program is a scam! You cannot redeem points. There are no instructions that work. No one at the store can help because they didn't join the program due to complexity. All they want is to collect your email address to track you!
