Before I tell you about the awful experience. I will say that Mark was helpful. This company along with their client Smart Parking sent me a threatening letter for a parking ticket they had never issued. After informing them of the legal procedure they failed to follow and asking for evidence of the parking charge, they were unable to provide any evidence. As this was never issued the charge was cancelled by Smart Parking and I followed up with DRP because I didn't have the confidence that they would suddenly follow correct procedures. DRP still had the debt and were ready to ask me for £170. I then had to provide the evidence myself of the cancellation. These two companies try to make money through illegal charges that have never been issued with scaremongering and threats to your credit. It's a clever and illegal way of them both making money. Sell on the debt for a ticket that hasn't been paid because the client doesn't know it exists and then count on payment with an aggressive letter threatening legal action. I was only able to find the reference number for this parking ticket from the letter from DRP sent 4 months later informing me I'd ignored previous letters and notices. Neither DRP or Smart Parking could ever provide any evidence of correspondence before this date or even a parking ticket issued to me. This matter has been closed but I've had to spend time communicating with both agencies because they failed to follow any fair or legal procedures. Many parking companies and debt collectors exist and we're generally not fond of them but this experience has shown me DRP and Smart Parking are the lowest of the low and will count on people being scared into paying illegal charges.

Excellent murder mystery for corporate event as part of our culture committee events calendar. Was excellent from start to finish and the team of actors were so fun. Great event for bring our teams together when they are located all over the world. So much fun taking an hour away from work to play detective!

Ruined my coat. There are what looks like singe marks on my faux fur coat all over it. Raised a ticket with them via email over 2 weeks ago and not even bothered to get back to me. Disgusting

Terrible to deal with start to finish. They let you order snd cancel part the order, no refunds and their customer service reps are rude and offer no help. Avoid at all costs and spend your money elsewhere!

Daisy is absolutely brilliant and always really cheerful. She checks in to see how you're feeling throughout. She explains everything each time and always warns you before starting with the laser... Which is always helpful. Great clinic and great therapists

After following Susie for about 12 months I finally took the plunge and ordered myself a style analysis in November 2020 after feeling like I was stuck in a bit of a rut. So far I've purchased a style analysis, a sunglasses analysis, a summer capsule and best of all I'm a member of the Styled by Susie membership group. With Susie and team, it's not just about the clothes, it's a community of women building each other up and creating a safe and positive space and I'm thrilled to be a part of it!

Great service and flowers delivered the next day and they looked lovely

Absolutely shocking service - was sent around in circles for 4 weeks with a query. They failed to deliver part of order and then they decided to reorder and place another lot of charges on my account which still haven't been fully removed. It took 9 weeks to receive full order and I'm still waiting to have charges added to may account removed 5 weeks after they were added. Customer service and credit control kept passing the problem between themselves. When I told them initially the items weren't delivered they said I was lying. Won't ever use again!
