I am neurodivergent and was discriminated against

I am neurodivergent. I had spent hours over the weekend on creating a profile where I fully described what books I like, movies, what is my educational background. I also stated that I am looking for someone on similar educational level and described my ideal match. I mentioned that I don't want to be contacted by people in old age who could be my parents. Logically.
I was contacted mostly by males 55-60+ [I'm 33], kept deleting their likes or messages and blocking them. I was having two chats, where I informed one guy I am not interested, I had informed another one that basically I feel like he's not a good match and he called me a "who*re" and "b*tch" in some dialect of India instead of using English. I responded in my native language that this is rude and he will never be a man equivalent with that attitude. Reported it straight away.
Today and yesterday not much was happening. This afternoon my account was suspended, because they believe I don't match their website idea.
So I was clearly discriminated against, by the website that does not support well-educated ladies as well as neurodivergent people.
Please avoid, since that is clearly a ridiculous establishment promoting the predators behaviours instead of protecting the females - for money.

I have a mental disability - and Halfords mistreated me a lot!

I have a mental disability, and signed up for cycle2work scheme. I informed in the store that I need an extra assistance and very detailed information on everything. While my order has been completed, swapped few times due to some issues, nobody went through any paperwork with me, nobody explained policy further, nothing was done in terms of informative way. While the shop workers were all nice and stuff, they didn't done any explanation. As the result I was not told that insurance has to be activated by a tiny QR code, which in fact is very small and invisible on the papers included with receipt anywhere in front of them. Nobody guided me through. My bike was stolen after 8 days. I was mocked over the phone by the very first customer service representative I had called. He was very rude, kept silencing me, despite me telling him I'm under huge stress, I have mental disability [2 types of ADHD and Autism] and I will have a meltdown if he not gonna stop. Definitely Equality Act and Disability Act - both from 2015 and 2010 - were violated regarding my purchase. Theft took place on 27/04/2025. We have now 09/05/2025 and only third customer service representative had send escalation email. Still - nobody tried to contact me from Halfords, nobody tried to come up with solution, while now I have to pay nearly 100GBP per month for "air". I kept contacting them since 28/04/2025 regarding this matter. For me - that is a lot of money. Experience wise - I am devastated and I don't want to be Halfords customer anymore. I keep receiving a dozens of newsletter emails, while the real problem here is being ignored. For someone with disability this is a real disaster. If you family members are disabled - do not buy in Halfords and do not participate in their cycle2work scheme, as they will not support you and they are not properly trained on that matter. They only gonna cause you trouble and then pretend it is not their business. Shame.

I had ordered phone case on 21st of…

I had ordered phone case on 21st of February. Now we have mid of April and the print on the back is almost completely ripped off. Also that is not the best quality product - but more of a low grade case. I overpaid compared to what I have received. That is indeed a ripoff.

I have ordered my rings on Friday and…

I have ordered my rings on Friday and had them with me by Tuesday!

Tested out two resizable ones and one classic ring - and each is fitting well, classic ring is true to size so site measurements are accurate.

It's helping me in the office or if I'm on my way somewhere and get nervous. Already recommended these to wife of my friend, as she deals with anxiety.

Never received correct order = Deleted my account. Just Eat team refuses to give me my money back, despite having an evidence.

I have ordered food, and received incomplete, or had a half of portion instead of normal portion. I had reported this and asked for full refund. Customer services and their seniors, gave me credits and claim that they will not pay me any money back. I had escalated this matter and I keep receiving same answers. Despite unsolved credit/money issue I had deleted my account and installed Deliveroo app.
Just Eat Order Number: 1857912056. I keep doing ping-pong wording exchange through the emails with Just Eat, but no politeness, no manners are working through and I am being scammed here. This is absolutely horrible. If you don't want to loose your money and risk - do not install the app. Otherwise when your order will get screwed up - the Just Eat team will state that "they don't take any responsibility for that". If they don't = do not support them and do not give them your money, cause it looks like a massive fraud/scam.
