I have to say how much better January and February were for me from using the Northern Lights Lightbox that I was gifted with for Christmas. My SAD symptoms were greatly reduced! The box is a good size (not too big to move around but large enough to do a great, bright job) and the luminosity is perfect for fending off the winter depression. Just 15 minutes in the morning worked great for me. I tried a blue light compact unit previously but that form of light did not work for me. I loved how bright the bright white of the Northern Lights is and how effective that form of light was for keeping my mood and circadian rhythm stable.
