Avoid like the plague

Avoid this company at all costs. I spent £80 on two stick on wall lights and they came 5 weeks later as a box of cheap ill fitting parts with no instructions. To make matters worse I was sent the incorrect shades, so I didn’t even receive what I purchased in the first place.

I then emailed customer services to request the correct shades be resent to me, with no reply, despite also messaging their seemingly active social media team.

I somehow managed to then put together the (incorrect) items while I waited for the replacement, and they are incredibly weak and cheap. My instinct was right and they have since fallen off three times and damaged my wall.

I am now left with damaged walls, incorrect items I didn’t order, and radio silence from the company with regards to any remuneration.

In summary, this company is an absolute con.

If there was a minus score I would have gone for that, they are not even worth the 1 star.

AVOID. Will take your money for items that will never come into stock

I have never written reviews but here we go. Worst company I have ever had dealings with. Ordered two chairs on 6th May that were confirmed to be in stock on the 21st at the point of ordering. Up to this date they still cannot tell me when the items will come back in stock, even if at all. Despite multiple emails asking for updates and clarification, all I receive is generic robotic responses that do not even make sense. Do not order from this site! They will happily take your money for items they do not even have.

Terrible delivery service

Haven’t tried products yet but the worst delivery service I’ve ever had. I live in flats and the delivery man dumped my items in the communal hallway downstairs... then dashed off and left the door wide open! With all the deliveries in plain sight. Terrible service.

I am very sorry to hear about the issues you have had with our courier company. I understand our CS Manager has tried to reach out to you to offer reassurance today but has been unsuccessful. Please rest assured that this will be discussed further with the courier company. They have certain guidelines to follow during COVID-19 but of course the order should not just be left in plain sight.
