This was a thank you gift for a real estate transaction. My husband is a Broker for a local real estate and auction company and thought this would be a nice gift.

Harold Homes did make the requested changes from the picture sent and confirmed our final draft. The item arrived undamaged and packed well. Unfortunately though, $80 is a lot for what we received. A cheap black frame and computer generated image isn’t what we expected. Not having a contact number with communication only via email delays the process of getting a question/concern resolved. It was our first transaction with Harold House, but based on the cost and quality of the item we’ll reconsider.

Purchased a spinner carry-on bag, but after the first use found the extending bar was loose and wiggled back and forth significantly. It seems the bars are too narrow for the bag to remain stable while rolling/pushing. After reaching out to eBags with this concern, the rep copied positive ratings from past customers for me to review. It would have been courteous to show some understanding of the concern or to offer an exchange for the same item. This is customer service 101. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just expected a general regard for the problem. Will know better next time.
