Order was never delivered

I’ve ordered it in the first week of May - now more than a month later my order is nowhere to be found. The name of the company has changed in the process from Milou to Midas. I received the email to be able to rate it but nothing to review. I’ve requested a refund and hopefully they’ll process it.

Hi, we believe you've purchased from a different domain to ours. and left feedback on the incorrect trust pilot.
There was a website and brand called 'the midas co' which we've had shut down as they were infringing on our trademark This is probably why theyre now called Milou)
If you can please check the details of the order along with our domain, you will see that this is a different domain. We'd appreciate if you can delete this once you confirm the information above. Many thanks

Late service and unreachable help line

We had to wait over 30 minutes at the airport and there was no indication of when the driver would come. It seemed that the driver picked up some of the people who were going to the same resort and they left us there.
On the way back to the airport, the driver left without us even though we were on time and we were worried about making it to our flight as they picked us up an hour later after us asking them to turn back. Emergency number does not cater for emergencies and takes ages to get through. It’s always a different person on the line who doesn’t know the driver, it seems they subcontract drivers. We paid €200 per person for the return taxi and this is not acceptable! Our trip was from Geneva to Tignes which is about 2;30 minutes. I’d avoid because they are unreliable.
