Don't pay for this service. I had a question regarding my high rent and I was asked to pay a yearly membership upfront before I could ask them anything. They have asked me to send them my contract. After a couple of weeks they replied to me : "it seems to be okay" -5 words. I didn't really get any clarification or explanation as to why they have decided that. I further asked other questions and had to wait for 2 weeks to get a dry response "you can contact a lawyer".- 5 words.
After that I turned to another company who gave me a consultation for free and actually explained some areas as to why my rent might be high and I didn't even have to pay for it. I sent LLO another email saying that I don't want to pay for a service that consists of dry emails containing max 5 words. Never got a reply from them since the end of June. There are other companies you can turn to that will give you much better advice or answers to your questions and you definitely won't be ignored. My mistake was not doing my research and paying for this terrible organisation before I saw their reviews.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. 1 star is way too much.
My laptop had some problem with the charging port, so I had to put the charger in and out for it to start charging. Didn't think it was a problem until it stopped charging completely a year later after I bought it, I thought the problem was in the charger.
I sent it to reparation and they said it was my fault for physically damaging it. This laptop was never dropped or transported in a bag, it's one year old and now they charge me more than half price of the laptop for repairing it.
I asked them to explain me how I could have broken it and they couldn't. Just stated the same thing again and I had no idea what kind of physical damage they are talking about, nobody bothered to explain.
This is a brand new laptop that "broke" because I was charging it. I had other laptops before and never had this issue with any of those.
Never buying anything from them myself and don't recommend to anyone. Better buy in other shops.
Update: after contacting them again they have sent me a picture with a very visible crack close to the charging port and you don't need a technician to see it, it is very visible. that damage was not there when I returned the laptop, I checked the laptop myself at home and their employee examined the laptop before receiving it in front of me. He took a close look at the charging port first, because that's what the issue was, on the top and bottom of the computer and inside. And all he wrote down was that there were no damages except for some minor scratches on the case of the laptop. I have the receipt that states it.
At this point my frustration is skyrocketing. And all this fighting I had to do before they actually explained me what exactly was wrong.

It's not the damage I do not recognize, it's the damage that wasn't there when I delivered my laptop to your store. And I have the receipt that proves it.
