Google not interested in fraudulent activity

Someone used my debit card fraudulently for 2 google payments and then a larger amount to deliveroo. Contacted Google to ask them about the two Google payments which were obviously done as a test before they put through a bigger amount. Had generic response saying no fraudulent activity detected despite the fact I’ve never used Google pay. No way to contact anyone to query this, just a case of we can’t be bothered to look into this further so tough luck we’re not interested. Very unhelpful.

Poor service

Ordered a top for a Christmas party and was looking forward to it arriving. Two days later I received an email saying they couldn’t fulfil my order as they’d ran out of stock! Surely this should have shown online when I ordered, not take 2 days to tell me. Wasted time then having to look for an alternative and order something else. Very disappointing and poor service.

Poor customer service

I love the products but the customer service is dire. Ordered products online for a birthday present. They arrived too late so I had to send them back. Followed all the instructions and when I hadn’t received the refund I did an online chat. They then said I needed to send proof Of postage? Surely the parcel is proof enough and there was no mention anywhere of having to send this. They said the quickest way to receive the refund would be to send proof of postage as it could take a couple of weeks otherwise. It doesn’t say this on the website, it states refund within 3-5 days. Obviously a load of rubbish so if you have to return anything don’t expect to get your money back anytime soon.

They actually deserve a minus score for…

They actually deserve a minus score for their non existent customer service. Had about 7 or 8 online chats and get conflicting answers from them or just go round in circles with no answers. Tried to order two hero 9 go pros with free batteries and sd cards. Was told if I ordered under two separate email addresses it would let me buy separately with the free items but pay with the same debit card (they are for 2 staff members). It didn’t work and their staff told me it was because their system sees this as a fraudulent payment!? Another staff member told me it should work but when I questioned why it wouldn’t let me they had no answer and told me to make sure I put all the correct information in the boxes when ordering. I think I know how to order something online and found this very patronising. Have already completed 2 feedback forms for complaints. Asked if I’d hear anything back and was told ‘maybe’!! Maybe???Don’t seem to have a complaints dept or they don’t give a monkeys but reading these reviews I think it should be top priority! For a company as big as go pro they are shocking and should be absolutely ashamed.
Update as of October 2021 - still no response from them re my complaints. Absolutely useless.
Update as of December 2022 - had no response from my numerous complaints.
Update as of Nov 2023 - never had a reply. Would NEVER use this company again as they don’t care about customer service. Disgusting.
