This company has gave me the run about ever since I tried to rectify my order multiple times before the order was processed they still proceeded to send me the wrong size so I inconveniently had to return them now they are saying i have to wait two weeks for my return to be processed by then it would of been 5 weeks since i originally placed my order your customer service i absolutely crap it's like speaking to a brick wall

I paid for express delivery an it said including bank Holidays and Sundays but I have not received my item after 4 days when it clearly states 1-2 days was there any point in paying for express delivery?
