I’ve been going back and forth with this purchase for the past 5-6 weeks; however, Charlotte called me about a week ago and talked me through the different options. When I still couldn’t make up my mind, I got on chat with Abi (?) who sent me samples of bed fabrics to choose from, I still couldn’t decide. Then Charlotte called yet again this morning, still so patient with me, got on the catalogue to explain what was on offer, what options there were, what items worked well together; that was sooooo helpful. Expect my next order in 10 years’ time :-)
