Found a pair designer shoes nearly half of what they were charging on other resale sites. It was shipped securely and they were authentic in great condition. I would buy from Luxury Closet again. 10/10

I have used other online pharmacies but I feel like Redbox Rx has a better selection with a more streamline process than the others. I can get prescriptions fast and they follow up to see how things are working. Satisfied with price and customer service.

Great t-shirts but horrible customer service. They have a weird size guide for kids that made zero sense. Took a long time to figure out which size my five year old was. Contacted customer service to make sure I was right. They gave me stock answer and was completely unhelpful. Ended up ordering shirts and of course they are too big. Would not do business again with this company.

The worst customer service on the planet. I honestly don’t know why customers and sellers don’t unite and move to a different platform. I spent days trying to find a correct customer service line and got hung up on multiple times. Then the same number I called wouldn’t work. They make it almost impossible so that you give up. I emailed and would get different answers each time as to why they weren’t refunding my money. Many of the reasons were lies which they later admitted to but refused to refund even after that. Finally filed a complaint with BBB and their lies and refusal to comply with their return policy were at least seen by someone else. In the end they told me to do a chargeback because they weren’t going to refund me despite the refund policy, lies and multiple agents agreeing with me. I even emailed the CEO and the response was we won’t respond to you anymore. There needs to be a class action suit against this company.

I have had great experiences with the doctors and getting prescriptions through Ro. Easy to cancel and the website is simple to navigate.
