Centrick - The Grand Exchange…
Having lived in The Grand Exchange (managed by Centrick) for about 9 weeks, it's been 'so far so good!'
I haven't had any major issues (and may that be the case for the rest of my tenancy!) so it's fair to say that I am pleased with the service as things currently stand.
Having predominantly been an apartment / flat dweller (both as a tenant and as an owner), in my experience, having a good management company can significantly enhance or detract from the whole experience.
A huge part of my positive experience has been with the Concierge service as I've interacted with them the most. They're my first port of call for any queries/issues. Having a 24-hour service is brilliant, and special thanks to Adam Spiers who does the day shift (so he's been the one having to answer my million and one questions!) He's been patient, helpful, personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and just a huge pleasure to have to man the 'front of house' as it were. Interactions with the rest of the Concierge team have been equally good, although limited as I only tend to mostly pop by during the day, but a great team all around.
My first request was dealt with promptly by James via my Landlord. I'm still getting my head around logging requests, but I am expecting an equally speedy and thorough service going forward.
So, first experience/impressions - great, but with the caveat that it has only been 9 weeks but hopeful the great service will be maintained.
