Awful experience with Studio (still ongoing). Ordered a DAB radio. I was given an eta, nothing turned up, so I chased. I was given another eta, then told, two weeks later, that the item was out of stock and I'd get a refund. Another two weeks later (after I'd chased again), I was told the refund had been applied but it would take two weeks to clear?! Transpires the refund was 'applied' to an expired bank card (so presumably would have been declined or not gone through?!) I ordered the item on 28.01.2021, now, 31.03.2021, I'm yet to get my money back. Each time I call, their customer service fob me off with the same 'it's been referred to the relevant department' response. First time I've used Studio, will definitely not be using them again or recommending them given my first (and only!) experience with them has been horrendous!
