Zero stars if it were an option. They con you into buying sofas by lying that the sofas come dismantled however they don’t and when my sofa didn’t fit, they said the cost would be £150 each per sofa. They never mentioned this to me when I was in store. It was all verbal hence being able to get away with it. Their manager “Abz” who can only talk on the phone and becomes invisible in store, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Please buy elsewhere because they just rob you of your money.

My cat got sick and I needed to pay off treatment fees. Likely loans approved me and the money was in my account within an hour! which was impressive as it was urgent. They also allowed me to change the date my monthly installments were taken out which was very handy! Thanks for helping out!
