I placed my order for some new show plates to go with my step son to shows. In the morning of the next day. I decided I wanted to change my design and emailed them. I believe they had already processed and dispatched!!! To my amazement they got back the plates and reconfigured my design as per my wishes and re dispatched. I cannot fault the customer service in dealing with an awkward git like myself. I would say timing of my email played a part in them salvaging this for me. But thanks again to all involved. I would recommend these to anyone looking for plates
