replaced the fiber cable with armor…
replaced the fiber cable with armor and 4 fiber lines with LC connectors, all looked clean. When i attached the RJ45 to fiber drivers to the cable I could not complete the connections. Tested the RJ45 to fiber using a short fiber jumper and the drivers were functioning well. Reattached to my new cable and tried several times but no combination of fiber pairs would work.
My previous fiber pair had been working great for about 4 years before Jan 2025.
Purchased new driver devices and they had the same results. Overall a frustrating experience.

Not sure if you tried contacting us regarding your issues? We'll always get it figured our or fixed. We do not leave anyone hanging. We'd be more than happy to go through troubleshooting with you. As you probably know all of our pre-terminated assemblies go through rigorous testing prior to shipping. It's highly unlikely that the fiber is just not working. It's passive. It is possible the assembly was damaged during installation. Not sure if you tried putting light on the strands? It could be a compatibility issue with the fiber you purchased and whatever equipment you are using. We'll be in touch.
