Martin was my representative on last minute fare deal website, and guided me thru the process of purchasing my tickets. Martin was so helpful and professional. I appreciate his efforts. My phone dies almost at the end of booking and Martin made sure he called me back to ensure everything was ok. I am a 70 yr old grandmother and Martins extra efforts in helping me make sure everyting was ok should not go unnoticed, Anybody else would have just hung up but he went the extra step and followed thru.
