So far, so good.
As parents of a child who is about to start walking to school on their own for the first time, we were concerned about her safety and want her to have the ability to notify us of her safe arrival/imminent departure but do not want her to be glued to a device so a full phone plan wasn’t want we wanted. We also want to have the ability of monitor her usage, messages and call without having to go through her physical phone.

Looking at the tariffs ParentShield provides, there wasn’t one that fit our needs so I thought I’d try my luck and ask some questions via the online chat which is where Cody came in. I explained my needs and he immediately suggested a tariff that fit our requirements, he then stayed on the chat and answered my various, and sometimes silly questions, quickly and efficiently. Once my order was put through, I set up my portal profile and got back on the chat to request a secondary person, Graham for help on this, who again helped me so much. I then had another question and got back on the chat where Julie then supported me.

All in all, I am very happy with the service I have received so far. Every advisor I have spoken to have been great.

Very quick and easy, quote was provided online, with a follow up message which contained a link to the invoice, once accepted you pay a deposit. The following day the repairman called and arranged a time. Nick came and repaired my car. He was very quick and efficient and the car looks as good as new. Will definitely be using this service again
