We stayed at Great Ash Barn near Crediton, Devon. Booked through Classic Cottages.

The property was everything we wanted and more, the views over the countryside incorporating the calves, ducks, hens and pigmy goats were beautiful. The hosts were absolutely lovely, nothing was too much trouble, they ensured our stay was a memorable one. Everything for the dogs had been thought of, it was a true holiday for them too and we took advantage of the dog shower to freshen them up.

It is a perfect base to explore the whole of Devon and the west of Dorset, I even got used to the narrow country roads, it all adds to the experience.

I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful house, you will truly have a memorable holiday that you will want to return to.

Classic Cottages are a great company to book through, this is our 2nd time using them and I can say it is a real pleasure to deal with them.

We booked through Sykes Cottages in the past but found them horrendous to deal with when we had a problem so vowed never to use them again.

I was really pleased with the service! I was concerned that my brake pads may need replacing before my MOT and had left it until the last minute to check. I had tried another garage prior to ATS but they didn't have time however, the friendly staff at ATS made time (even though they were busy) they checked the brakes and found that both the pads and discs needed replacing at the front. Because they knew it was important to get them done before the MOT (which had already been booked with another garage that only do MOTs) they said if I left it with them they'd get it sorted the same day. Thanks to the team at ATS my car passed it's MOT. I will definitely be taking my car to ATS in the future for all MOTs, tyres etc.

Having initially given a 5 star review for the service I received when ordering my new sofa in the DFS store Birstall, the service I received after this was shocking! Not only this but the quality of the sofa was poor, not like the ones I had purchased from DFS in the past. The delivery men took a chip out of an internal door when they delivered the sofa and because I didn't report it straight away (I had to go into hospital in between and had intended to pop up to the store at Birstall to let them know), I was made to feel that I was lying about this and DFS denied all responsibility (they did offer £50 compensation making it clear this was not an admittance of liability however, I did not accept this on principle that I wasn't lying and only wanted the damage to the door put right). Not only that but the sofa had many faults however, they would not replace it, they insisted on sending upholsterers out twice to take the cover off, repair the faults and alluding to the fact that this does happen with the sofas that they sell. I was told by not just one member of staff that I should not expect the same quality with the cushion fillings that there was 10 years ago.
I can only say that if you want to buy a good quality sofa from a company that think customer service is equally as important at the point of sale as after the sale, then don't buy your sofa from this company. I can safely say that I won't be buying another sofa from DFS.

I couldn't get tickets for Shed Seven due to them being sold out so, went on the waiting list. 'See Tickets' informed me as soon as more became available and the process for purchasing was simple. I would definitely recommend.

Great paint, lovely colour and arrived quicker than expected.

Really easy to use. We had to use a different car for our journey but it was so simple to change the vehicle on the website. I only just realised that it needed changing when I arrived outside the car park however, it took only seconds to make the change, and it was instant at the car park, the barriers lifted on seeing the car registration. I will definitely use again and would recommend it to others.

Didn't receive my order. Once I brought it to the attention of Animed Direct it was not resolved quickly and I am still waiting for my order with no indication of when I might receive it. Communication very poor.
