Digital Turbine it's a scam and fake…

Digital Turbine it's a scam and fake platform what not pay correct to your customers..Example yesterday in 24 days from my offer in Age of Apes I have to make 5 million power for 25 days, I was ready in 24 (screenshot from time and day and reach power) But I not receive my reward. I also receive some chat from them " customer support" I can say this is a absolutely joke service,maybe they not have real person in this support only AI..... And they respond me with email to all my screenshot and questions with this i will paste original text from Digital Turbine email:

I have really bad experience with 3…

I have really bad experience with 3 because my stolen phone.My phone was been stolen at 2.12.2024 and was been reported to 999,also to SquareTrade insurance company,also to Three and I report completely everywhere my phone.When I start process my claim with Three Insurance company they request me 5 different evidence.I start to take them and prepara for my claim.And when I was ask my phone provider to give me my Barring document for Blacklisting,Three Complain team managers give me many different opinions,at 16.12.2024 Complain Manager told me to request my Blacklisting device from Another sim provider(because I use a different sim card no 3)and i contact with 2nd company for this document and they give me in 2days. When I send to insurance company they request me to ask Three for this barring document,because lebara is not my sim provider.And I contact with 3 to ask them to Blacklisting my device and in another call at 23.12.2024 with Complain team I request to receive my document and Complain agent told me to contact with Lebara and request them to send me (unbarring document to unblock my stolen device).And when i take this document to contact with 3 to put in blacklist.I make again everything what agent from 3 told me and request this document from Lebara .At 28.12.2024 I make contact with Lebara about this document and they told me (device is unblocked ) and directly I make contact with Three to request this barring document because my claim can be expire(30 days from report). And one very bad guy from team explain me we not gonna give you this document you need to ask Lebara.And now im really confused,I also report this to Three Insurance and they told me we are not allowed to finish claim before 3 send me document for barring.I also have record call with proof from different calls with 3 and I will share to Financial Ombudsman Service and will move to court,because Three is one really bad company and they not care for customers...I will share all proof what I have with my lawyer and I'm want escalate this case.Because I make all my payments without delays but 3 now only joke me.

We're sad to hear you're having issues completing your insurance claim. We're unsure why there's been so much back and forth in relation to getting the device blacklisted. If you got your phone from another company, you would need to provide us with proof of ownership before we could blacklist any device. We'd have no reason not to blacklist it after we have that. It's likely that your insurance company are also looking for proof of usage, a way of verifying that you were using the phone, and you can only get that from the network you were actively using on the device. If that network is Lebara, you'll need to get that from them, if it's Three, you can get that from us.
Once you have the proof of usage, and verification that the device was blacklisted, you should be able to complete the claim. -Pete

Hello the case for what I contacted…

Hello the case for what I contacted with SquareTrade was been my stolen phone past week 2nd December,for 24 hours after crime they arrange call from investigator and send me email with evidence what I need to send to them at 5th December.For few days I collect all evidence from (my bank Capital one for my card it's been reported, blocked and send replacement) send police report , location to park where crime happen, and proof from Three provider. Yesterday 11 December for another time they send me email with ANOTHER NOSENCE COMMENT AGAINST MY EVIDENCE,from Three send me basic and correct information in email for my device (it's been blocked and can't be used it's a text in email) and squareTrade prefer to refuce EVIDENCE FROM COOPERATION COMPANY THREE.And I start thinking does SquareTrade try to delay my claim ,they maybe give bad service and make delays for save them COMPANY. Please help me with that let's more people understand how exactly SquareTrade work with customers and how use customers for joke and mocking only!!!!! Claim is raised 2nd of December and still SquareTrade is make a joke

Where is my confirmation for my card…

Where is my confirmation for my card (block or replacement) yesterday I spoke with Capital one customer service for this my bank request me to send this confirmation.I need to have confirmation from point 3 from lost,but capital one already refused to give me to ,this increased risk for my insurance policy to be expired during waiting this document from capital one. Customer service is disgusting,from man they respond me to woman,also put me in hold and often respond is (he not work today). The last customer agent hold me 40minutes and speak with me just 10 and today i understand for Capital one (managers and supervisors) not work in Saturday,complaint team not work on Saturday,they cant give information for your new card,also didn't send confirmation email for Replacement card,no have confirmation email for my stolen card,no have confirmation for my card to switch from active to blocked.Also not have access in application.Thank you very much for all of this misseries what you make me for leess than 1day.

Today 5.12.2024 I have delivery from DPD,after waiting 5+ hours for my timeslot I meet my driver Arslan in 11:10 and he asked me does I wait for him(I show him email confirmation from DPD for delivery,in my DPD tracker show him my reference and number in list 91,and also recognise my self)Arslan respond me he not have delivery for me and go.I contact with DPD Customer service and explain them and they told me to wait up to end of my timeslot.In 11:53 driver refused my delivery with picture of parcel what he respond me early in 11:10 he not have!!!I want say my experience because this is incorrect for customers and thank to Arslan I have need to visit doctor about this delay and all this bs's because my health condition begin bad after him act...

From 22nd of May this year I'm waiting for "refund for 283,04£ from O2 .Now it's almost August and they not pay me this refund,also my old contract still stay active when is pay in full(this contract stqy in my credit tracker with balance of 169£) When I told to O2 for this they just told me we can't log in disconnected account. IN THE END SOLUTION WILL COME WITH HELP FROM London courts,about im not customer to this company more than 7 months,and they still mess in my life and bank story.About contract from them next 6 year this sh.t will stay in my Credit file.Wish you to see "roots of flowers" soon.I also can share (documents and screenshot from real time )

More than 6 months,try to understand what is the reason for this not very good internet what I receive from Vodafone.Every week speak with them Cs and another teams and they just don't care.When I told them I want to make "complain about them 5g" ,they told me you are not allow(complain for connection only at my postcode).Many times my boss kick me from work about he can't contact with me(no connection)
