DO NOT BUY IT

An absolutely useless system. Installed throughout the entire house, ​6 radiators, ​extra thermostat​ ​controller, and signal extenders( didin't really needed) and replaced to new Danfoss radiator valves( recommended by Wiser customer service) . This system is very inaccurate​ in result ​you have to cold or to hot house, resulting in a waste of money on extra heating costs in addition to the system itself. It's worth mentioning that it was installed by a certified plumber. The batteries run out very quickly; you'll need to replace them 3-4 times a year. The app is glitchy all the time. I deeply regret purchasing it; it's a waste of money and time. Now I have a completely useless system that I HAVE TO REMOVE and RETURN BACK TO THE OLD FASHIONED THERMOSTAT. I'VE LOST THOUSANDS OF POUNDS.

NO COLLECTIONS YOU PAID FOR

As a business, we pay £ thousands for their service each month. The more you pay- the worst service you get with PF. Missing collection every second week. Missed delivering hundreds of parcels this year alone- never refund for undelivered parcels. Always late for collection it cost us around £1500 this year extra overtime for our staff to wait for PF driver.
Couriers are among the businesses that made extra millions during the pandemic and still making massive extra profits. And to prove to be even more greedy they don’t hire staff in order to provide the services they have been paid for. What selfishness.

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE

Signed up for a new digital phone line. Ended up without a business phone line for 3 months in time when you fight for every single customer and we are in the sale business- the phone is everything. 3 month now we still don't have a phone line, we been charged every month for heaving no service. Staff absolutely ignoring issues. 
Calling BT to report a problem I have been charged over £50 as the number they provide ,,call us just in case,, is chargeable. 
BT app is just a joke, absolutely rubbish. Stay away from BT digital phone line or you will lose tons of your customers.
In 3 month time, it cost me around 10-day manpower to deal with it and it's still not sorted. God knows how many customers we lost. 
This is the result of running a business from taxpayer pockets.
