This company keep calling me and texting me, either trying to scam me or thinking I'm somebody else.

I just tried to call and correct them, but they hung up on me mid-sentence. I was perfectly polite.

Do not deal with this 'company'. Absolute shambles.

Fitted 4x new Firestone Roadhawks for me today and was done in less than an hour at my office. I would recommend this service.

Placed a preorder for a limited edition item. Received an email saying there was a problem with my order, so called. Customer service agents obviously had no clue where the order was and didn't seem to understand the concept of a pre-order. Order didn't arrive on release day. Customer service uncapable of providing service relevant to the issue - only to provide copy and paste responses. Received an email saying order was cancelled, and that I would receive a refund, then another email later saying the order had been despatched.

Do not use Studio if you can help it at all. They don't have a clue when it comes to customer service and obviously have some very fundamental problems with customer order fulfilment.

Great product. Great service. Would recommend.
