Used the mauve whitening patches today for the first time and disappointed as made no difference to the colour of my teeth🥲

Lovely eye pencil. Best I’ve ever had but encountered a problem in that I have several pencil sharpeners but none of them sharpened the eye pencil so it was usable. Contacted Zoeva Cosmetics who immediately sent me one of theirs. Fantastic customer service. Will now be happy to buy more of their pencils. Thank you Zoeva Cosmetics

We were a little disappointed as we booked a room with a sea view. What we got was a partial side sea view so when sitting on the balcony we overlooked buildings and roofs. For most of the week our toilet didn't work properly and this was reported. Whether it was fixed we don't know as it still wasn't working efficiently by the end of our stay. Overall we made the most of our week as the weather was fantastic and we rested well

Ordered a floral card for mothers day for my 93 year old mother. When it arrived I was so embarrassed. Not colourful like picture (very dark flowers) and not even nicely arranged. Took some of flowers out and replaced with tiny daffodils to add a bit of colour and brightness. For £20 I could have bought a lovely bouquet from a supermarket. Total waste of money. Wrote to complain - no response! Don't use this company!!!! They give a non-satisfaction guarantee of a refund - ironic- they don't even give the courtesy of a reply to your messages!
