Ordered a floral card for mothers day for my 93 year old mother. When it arrived I was so embarrassed. Not colourful like picture (very dark flowers) and not even nicely arranged. Took some of flowers out and replaced with tiny daffodils to add a bit of colour and brightness. For £20 I could have bought a lovely bouquet from a supermarket. Total waste of money. Wrote to complain - no response! Don't use this company!!!! They give a non-satisfaction guarantee of a refund - ironic- they don't even give the courtesy of a reply to your messages!
