This company is a godsend for me to…

This company is a godsend for me to find. Long term pot smoker that wanted rid of tobacco but, was sceptical anything would work for my pain as well as the real.deal but, I have been able to half my tobacco intake in the first 3 days. Also Liam was very patient and helpful with a query I had. Excellent service. Thank you

Luyanda was excellent today

Luyanda was excellent today..although I'm not happy with the App and the fact its taken since the 6th of december and 3 calls to resolve part of my issue, this lady was superb.. she should definitely be really proud of her customer service quality. Well done 👏

So far...

So far, this company have made it so easy to set up an account, with me opting to set up what payment I can afford , no questions asked and they have then come to me with a really reasonable settlement rate... just hope it continues and I am going to ask wessex water to transfer to them :)

Amazing customer service …

I ordered a bike for my sons birthday in October and I then moved house on my sons birthday and didn't open the bike toll a couple weeks ago. 2 goes in and the pedals all became loose, tightened up, 4th go and it happened again. Was then told it was a faulty crank. With little hope of anyone helping I was put in touch with Davey... 3 days later and minimal.emails back and forth he has arranged a replacement crank free of charge for me. Not only did he offer advice to try and rectify it, he was so polite and helpful. Thank you Davey from customer support, I have one happy boy and mummy 👌👍
