We do appreciate having a milk person.

We have use milk and more for many years. I’m very pleased with the service we get off them. Over the years we see the company moving forward in the way it operates allowing you to order ,or change orders notification of skipping orders to electric vehicles. Yes, I understand that my milk is slightly more expensive than supermarkets but personally we find the taste more like fresh farm milk. Not sure if all Milk & More milk persons deliver similar hours, but ours deliver around 1-1:30am so its not left outside all day we think this is great. We do appreciate having a milk person who delivers in all-weathers with a wide selection of products hence why we give a high score.

Booking made easy with Black Circle

Booked on line with Black Circle to have two new 2 x Michelin Primacy 5 235/50 R19 W (103), Reinforced, Asymmetrical to my Hyundai Tucson Ultimate Hybrid Auto at Formula One Autocentres – Blackheath, West Mids. on 3rd April 25.
I was a little concerned as having alloy rims protectors professionally fitted to the vehicle. I informed the fitting staff about this. They thanked me for informing them.
I Waited in their waiting room while the car was done in about half-hour. Protective seat and carpet covers were used whilst work was carried out professionally.
Over all I’m very pleased with the Michelin Primacy 5 and with the service I have received from Black Circle and Formula One Autocentres – Blackheath, West Mids. would recommend using both companies.

I purchased an ORSKEY 4K 3channel…

I purchased an ORSKEY 4K 3channel dashcam with a 24 hr parking. Before having it fitted professionally, I ordered a hardwire kit from you. A problem arose when fitting the hardwire kit that I ordered from ORSKEY web site accessories. The kit had a ‘B’ fitting which the dashcam socket was for a ‘C’ fitting.
Note: The photo on your accessory’s website does NOT SHOW the correct lead in the kit and think this needs addressing.
Feedback on dashcam ORSKEY 4K.
Having had the dashcam professionally fitted with good understandable instructions. I find it unobtrusive to me or passengers. This model keeps an eye on the children on the back seat and also a little eye on the rear side window passing traffic, giving me nearly all around recording. I can say that I am very pleased with the clear recording data it gives day and night, wet or dry. Do you need a dashcam I hear you say well with the standards of driving in the UK deteriorating its nice to feel if anything should happen (God forbid) I have excellent witness recording as evidence and as I’m a professional driver, the wife and I feel safe with OKSKEY on the lookout. On top of that I have an ORSKEY eye watching my vehicle when unattended.
ORSKEY do a number of different dashcams to suit all with a 12month guarantee - don’t forget you pay for what you get with a good back up customer service team which is very alert to any problems you may have and deal a.s.a.p.

We have had a milkman for many years …

We have had a milkman for many years than I care to remember, our Milk and More milkman delivers early in the morning and follows our instruction for leaving milk and alterations in our order hence I give him 5 stars. I know that our milk is a little more than supermarkets milk which I find has a chalky taste unlike our milk which has a fresh from the farm taste and comes in glass bottles kinder to the planet .

Primark has NO Goodwill to customers

My grandchildren bought me three mens Size XL summer vests for Easter and holidays from Primark Brierley Hill. On trying one on I found that they needed to be exchanged. On returning to Primark Brierley Hill with all vests intact with labels and the original bag (bag a little worse for wear). Asking to exchange these for the larger size was asked if i’d got the receipt, between the vests being wrapped by the grandkids and me getting them there was no receipt. I was told I needed the receipt. I pointed out they were bought as a present - they could see they had not been worn as all labels and tags were still intact. I asked to see manger who was a waste of space, didn’t even look to see if they were in good condition just went on about a receipt. I handed over my arm full of other goods which would have come to just short of £90, which out of principle I left on the counter and walked out. So as far as Primark Customer Care goes, they don’t even have an exchange on goodwill like most stores As far as the program on TV about Primark, well think top bosses need to revisit and certainly take a look at Trustpilot scores which are shameful. It does make me wonder how they treat the staff and the people who make the goods. I bought other goods from another shop.

Safe Hands with Cruise 118

After having a P&O Cruise cancelled in 2019 and then again in 2020 Cruise 118 were there to help us. We needed to do transfer three bookings which in honesty we were dreading due to Future Cruise Credits and increases in fares which we were observing on the P&O website. Andrea McDiamid came on the phone and agreed it was a little messy but stated “That’s what i’m here for”. We gave her the full information and she said reassuringly “Leave this with me it could take a little time”. Around four and half hours later Andrea was back on the phone to us after getting in contact with P&O Cruises, no mean feat at this time. Andrea gave us the reassuring news that it was sorted bar for us and the other parties agreeing to said cabin locations which we were able to do there and then. She manoeuvred us around so that we were in the same vicinity but also in good location for restaurants, etc.
A big thank you goes out to Andrea as we know it must have been a nightmare to sort out but in true Cruise 118 style she showed confidence in her job and her manner. Also not forgetting the other concierge team members who have helped along the way – always in a friendly manner. Would I recommend Cruise 118 - YES.
