Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. First of all I booked online for a certain date, only to be told by the engineers when I rung up to see why they hadn’t turn up that domestic and general just pick any old date and I was actually booked in for. Another day. Then when they eventually come to fix it I was told they need to order a new part and they will ring me in a couple of days to come out again. The guy told me he was putting me as a priority because I’d just given birth the day before and have 2 babies. I never got a phone call to re arrange and when I logged into my online account it says the jobs been completed! I’ve been trying to ring up. Since last Wednesday and every day I get told it’s too busy please ring back another day. It’s now The following Thursday and I still haven’t been able to get through.

I am sorry to hear about the delay in getting the part fitted for the appliance and subsequently the time you have spent trying to get through to get this resolved.
