Initial contact then left alone. When help required Ingrid was very patient and knowledgeable and made many changes while we decided what we wanted. Gave good advice and information. All staff we encountered were very polite and helpful.

Simple to order and arrived a few days later, very well packaged.

1st size out of stock, give 2nd option and delivery dispatched notice received 23/12, advised 03/01 that not the case and refund offered.
I have had further contact advising that I had ordered something completely different.
My 2nd order has arrived and is great quality.
Gremlins in the system maybe.

I have further updated my review after an email apologizing for using wrong ref. no. and any confusion caused.

Goods are excellent and still arrived on day initially advised despite having order new size.

Bought our Jeep a few months ago now, lovely vehicle, a few teething problems, flat battery replaced, went flat after 3 days, RAC advised cell dead on new one. Mark arranged replacement and upgraded it from standard to an Exide one. Further electrical problems which have been sorted, thanks Chris. I have left until now to leave review as seemed to be one thing after another but ALL sorted now. This would be 5* but for the time it took auto electrician to resolve issues. MANY THANKS GUYS FOR YOUR 5* SERVICE. Still have a great vehicle.

Ordered 2 x tweed jackets and jumper, rec'd very thin tweed print shirt and jumper was T shirt.
Tried to return, given address in china, address on pkg Sloughbut post code does not exist.
PO want £90+ to return.
Lockbrew offere $19 refund and keep goods, declined.
Customs value on pkg £15, order value £120.
Lucky that I used credit card.
