I get exactly what I want-no frills eg…

I get exactly what I want-no frills eg sauna, steam room etc.It's close to me and there is always plenty of parking.Gym off peak is usually not too bust-evenings it's a different story. Good range of equipment available. Only gripes are out of the hands of the staff. who are all great. Management very helpful and trainers polite and knowledgeable. Pure gym as a company could do with finding reliable maontainence contractors; air con was out for weeks earlier this year and given that the new treadmills don't have fans the gym was so hot, it also smelt like a zoo!!Sit up bench still broken- no one seems able to fix it and the staff get given a hard time. Come on higher-ups get your act together!!
Would"t think of going anywhere else; no one can match the price.

We want to provide our members with a safe space in which they can get a great workout in and do so, in a clean and friendly environment. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. I have been searching for this perfume…

I have been searching for this perfume for about 3 years with no joy and there it was on your site at the same price as I last bought it.It arrived quickly and I am delighted to have my "old friend"back.Only one criticism- too much packaging, but this seems to be normal with most companies

Arrived on time.Only criticism was that…

Arrived on time.Only criticism was that the instruction leaflet was poor.Few details.It took 2 days to set the clock properly; the clock kept gaining 1 hour!!. When eventually sorted out it was great.

Almost impossible to redeem my…

Almost impossible to redeem my points.Had to repeatedly contact customer services- you can only do it by email- to resolve the issue.I love their products.I normally use Out Alif but wanted to try the new leather fragrance. Hope next time there are no issues

Our holiday last year didn't happen due…

Our holiday last year didn't happen due to the pandemic.They failed to contact us before our departure date as promised and left it for 2 weeks after the due date.They refused joint blank to issue a refund saying their holidays were non-refundable and refused to move at all.No voucher was offered only an attempt to re-book if the hotel was agreeable.We re-booked for this April but SS has failed to contact us since the last Gov.announcements on foreign travel.They have now had our money since October 2019 and seem determined to keep it , whilst providing nothing inreturn.We were told last year to claim from the hotel, but the hotel does not receive any payment until After we stay and that is not going to happen.... Complained to the CMA but we are literally going nowhere invert sense fast.Will never use them again and would never have anything good to say about them if asked.
