I have just learned that it is 25 % of commission only on the first month rent and nothing for the following months. That is fair. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

We believe the service cost is reasonable as a charge made only upon a successful completion of a booking, and is intended to cover the cost of maintaining and improving the number and quality of places listed on the platform, the quality of the future tenants as well as for utilising our secure payment system.
