Looks like a scam
I received a WhatsApp message saying: 'I liked your car send me a pdf file with a full car history report. If the car is clean according to the report. I am ready to come these days and buy it, but first I want to get a full report. You can check for ex here cargo.uk.' WhatsApp indicates the person was last seen on the app,on Friday 2/4/21 but the message came 05/4/21 Also the contact number is Russia/Khazakstan. It looks to be trying to generate £0.95 revenue from lots of people.

Went the extra mile to try and get the phone unlocked and issued a full refund when it became clear that a direct reset of the mobile was required.

The supplied unlock codes failed because the customer had previously entered codes into the device and the code entry counter had become blocked. The customer has been advised that they can get the counter reset at an independent phone store then use the supplied unlock codes to unlock the device. The customer was issued with a refund as a gesture of goodwill.
