DON'T BUY FROM TRUEFIRM

Just received 3 pairs of golf shorts. To say the quality is poor is overstating it. Paper thin material , poor pocket depth. Can be bothered with the hassle of returning so gonna bin them, it's all they are good for.

NO REFUND !

Returned some wine glasses, which had been advises delivered back o. 12th October, still awaiting refund. Contacted brand alley 3 times no reply, Jack took my call said would sort and email me..3 days later still waiting.

We can confirm that an email was sent yesterday at 14:10 following the investigation raised, with Royal Mail about the return, that the refund was being processed and the funds could take up to 10 - 14 working days to show back into your original payment method.

Change stolen !!

Small amount of change stolen from the car (£15 in coins) also a fair amount of fuel used, had 200 miles left in tank on drop off only 120 when picked back up. Called to advise on the stolen money, not for compensation but more to inform driver are looking all over the car for stuff to nick, did not get an answer !!

Wallpaper SAGA !!

In brief I ordered 8 rolls of wallpaper from Apsley Mill store , payment made on site as required and I requested store delivery and advised 2 weeks, but got the wallpaper directly to my house in 7 days.
Issue was found in the wallpaper whilst hanging, not on every roll but had to open them to check, some good some bad ( only enough to do half the job intended)
Took rolls back to store for refund and to re order new batch , was told cannot get store refund as had to get manufacturer to collect. I took the goods back home and replied to the email from customer service that goods ready to collect. 7 days later still no collection so again back to store, not taking no for an answer I told store manager to sort return direct with manufacturer.
Contacted store again for update and was told they could not get through on the telephone number themselves !! Again back to the store and they agreed to refund original purchase and re order new batch on same ticket ( I did ask at the time if this would work and was told they would follow this up to ensure it did)

Again asked for store delivery left it a week chased up to be told my order number was not recognised and to contact HQ, I did this and was told the order had come through but with no payment attached so the order was not processed ( was told to go back to store ) Went back to store only to be told order not on system , explained to store manager who said he will sort and will advise me ( took all my details ) a week on several calls no call back…..eventually spoke to Thomas who told me order was on its way…never arrived, more messages left for Danny store manager no calls back.

Today chased again after no call back even though Danny said he did get my message but thought 7pm was too late to call me and 10 am next day was too early ! Was told goods are despatched, but they cannot tell me where they are and cannot tell me when they were despatched. The story continues, be aware if you cannot take it direct from store then be prepared for a possible long saga for a satisfactory conclusion. Now 1st August have emailed the Range 3 times without response, still awaiting 6 rolls of wallpaper since May !! Anyone from the Range able to remedy this appalling service...the saga continues..

I am sorry to hear about your experience with your online order. This is certainly not the service we aim to provide for our customers. I can assure you that this feedback is reviewed by our head office to see how we may improve the service that we offer and the customer experience.

I can confirm that stores are able to assist customers by placing online orders. This wallpaper is sold and despatched by a range plus partner and so these items cannot be returned back to stores as they must be returned back to the partner if there are any issues.

After looking into this I can confirm that we have contacted the partner regarding your original order. A returns label was sent to you and I can confirm that once the order has been returned you can return to store to obtain your refund.

Furthermore, I understand that you are also chasing a second order which was placed. I can assure you that I will look into this so I can assist in starting to resolve this with you. Our customer care team will then take over if needed so we can reach a satisfactory resolution as swiftly as possible. We hope this gets resolved for you quickly and that despite this you will consider shopping with the Range in the future.

bought 100ml of chanel bleu for men

bought 100ml of chanel bleu for men, delivered well and looks the part, nice bottle and chanel box. my only suspicion is the fragrance itself is very weak in smell almost like it has been watered down. i bought eu de parfum but having used it my wife says she can hardly notice i have it on.
